Our History

With humble beginnings building small dinghy’s and completing a wide array of fibreglass repairs in the early 1990’s, Peter Rae formed a partnership with Ian Williamson to form Rae Line Ltd in 1998. The business was established to become the first private company to ever produce Sea Ray boats under license. After building up a reputation for quality boats built for the NZ and Australian markets, the agreement ended with Sea Ray in 2006 and we have gone on to produce some of the same models under our own brand while making constant upgrades and changes, alongside increasing our own model range through continual development.

With the 205 OB and now 206 OB being our first new models from the ground up since the 186 C back in 2005, we are constantly developing out our range to offer only the best premium sports boats in both cabin and stern drive powered options.
