Huntsman Centurion Upgrades

Electric Reel - Images 1-4: Sourced the correctly sized cable for the electric reel power outlets and installed the outlets in the rear corners of the boat. Routed the positive cables back through a circuit breaker to provide overload and short-circuit protection, then connected the circuit breaker supply back to the battery isolation switch. Installed an earth bus bar and connected all earth cables to the bus. Wired plugs onto the electric reel cables, powered up the sockets, fitted the plugs and completed voltage testing on the power supply to confirm correct operation and functionality.

Additional Rod Holders - Images 5-6 - Located and positioned 2x rod holders along the coamings, angled outwards to prevent them from facing directly aft. Aligned and marked mounting positions, then drilled and completed angled hole saw cuts through the coamings to suit the rod holders. Rasped openings as required to ensure a flush fit. Pilot drilled fixing holes and securely fastened the rod holders into place.

Additional Cleats Images - 7-10 - Located and installed 4x new cleats, consisting of one bow and one midship cleat on both the port and starboard sides. Confirmed clear internal access for all thru-bolting positions prior to installation. Aligned, marked, and drilled all mounting holes. Fabricated and fitted load plates beneath mounting locations to distribute deck loading from the cleats. Applied sealant to all holes and securely bolted cleats into position using locking nuts.

Trim Tabs - 11-13 - Completed installation of Bennett 9 x 12" Trim Tabs and controller system with LED position indicators and auto retract functionality.

U-Dek Transom Pads Images - 14-17 - Completed the design, cutting, and installation of U-Dek pads to the transom platforms, walk-through section, and top of the transom deck.
