Sea Ray 200 Sport U-Dek Upgrades

The boat was brought into the workshop for a U-Dek flooring upgrade. The boat was set up in the workshop, and all existing floor coverings and domes were removed from the cockpit floor areas and thoroughly cleaned out. All existing dome fixing holes were drilled out and countersunk to prepare for gelcoat repairs. The holes then require filling with a matched gelcoat and allowed time to cure. The prepared holes were then filled using colour-matched gelcoat and left to cure fully. Once cured, all repair areas were sanded flush and polished where required. A full internal clean of all cockpit floor spaces was then carried out for preparation of the U-Dek application. The U-Dek kit was unpacked and laid out to check for correct fitment. The U-Dek flooring kit was installed to the cockpit floor ensuring correct alignment and sections rolled thoroughly to ensure proper adhesive bonding to the cockpit floor. Following installation, a final vacuum and clean of the work areas was completed, and all covers were refitted to finish the job.
